Paul Terry – President & Chief Executive Officer
Paul Terry is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined Suh’dutsing Technologies, LLC in 2009, before it was a CBC company. He started as the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Contracts Manager. Then becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Paul has over 20 years of legal and business experience. Before CBC, he was the VP of Legal Affairs at Intercare Insurance Services and before that a Corporate Counselor and Senior Contracts Administrator at Asyst Technologies.

Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in political science with a Certificate in International Relations from the University of Utah and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Thanks to Paul’s strategic thinking and innovative methods, CBC maintains its position as an industry leader.

Darin Humphries – Vice President & General Manager
Darin Humphries is the Vice President and General Manager at Cedar Band Travel Plaza (CBTP) at Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined CBC in 2012 as General Manager of the Cedar Band Trading Post and has since transitioned to overseeing the CBTP.

Darin has over 25 years of management experience. Before CBTP, he was part of the Water Well Field Operations at Anzalone Pumps and a Store Manager at Premium Oil Company.

Darin studied at Weber State University and transferred to Utah Tech, formerly Dixie State University, where he earned his Associate of Science degree.

Darin’s experience complements his extensive hands-on experience, contributing to his effective leadership and the operational success of the CBTP.

Nathan Long – Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel
Nathan Long is the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined CBC in 2021 as its first General Counsel.

Nathan has over 15 years of legal experience. Before CBC, he was a staff attorney to Chief US Magistrate Judge Larry M. Boyle for the District of Idaho and before transitioning to a prominent national law firm’s litigation group, where he handled complex business litigation. He also made Partner while working for Echo Hawk & Olsen, PLLC.

Nathan’s strategic legal insight and executive management role contribute significantly to CBC’s operations.

Ean Jacomb – Chief Accounting Officer
Ean Jacomb is the Chief Accounting Officer and head of the Accounting & Finance Department for Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined CBC in 2016 as the Financial Controller. Then becoming the Chief Accounting Officer and head of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Ean has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. Before CBC, he was a bookkeeper for Iron County Care and Share and a Night Auditor for Best Western Town & Country Inn.

Ean earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from Stevens-Henagar College.

Ean plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial transparency and efficiency across CBC, contributing significantly to its financial management strategies and overall success.

Carla Sanchez – President of Suh’dutsing Contracting Services
Carla Sanchez is the President of Suh’dutsing Contracting Services (SCS) at Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). She joined Suh’dutsing Technologies, LLC in 2017 before it was a CBC company. She started as the Assistant Project Coordinator and worked her way up to President of SCS.

Carla has over 10 years of management and leadership experience. Within CBC, she has worked as an Assistant Project Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, President of Suh’dutsing Technologies, and President of SCS.

Carla earned her Bachelor of Sociology with a Minor in Information Systems from Southern Utah University. She also received a Master’s of Social Work from Walden University.
Under Carla’s leadership, SCS continues to set new standards in construction excellence and client satisfaction.

Bobby Rowser – President of Suh’dutsing Technologies
Bobby Rowser is the President of Suh’dutsing Technologies (SDT) and Vice President of Special Projects for Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined CBC in 2018 as a Management Trainee and worked his way up to President of SDT.

Bobby has over 5 years of management experience. Additionally, Bobby is a proud member of the Cedar Band of Paiutes. In his board role, Bobby actively participates in decision-making processes that impact the Band’s strategic directions and initiatives.

Bobby’s dedication to both his professional roles and his community underscores his commitment to excellence and leadership within SDT.

Justin Wayman – Director of Human Resources
Justin Wayman is the Director of Human Resources for Cedar Band Corporation (CBC). He joined CBC in 2019 as the Human Resources Manager. Then becoming the Director of HR.

Justin has over 10 years of human resource management experience. Before CBC, he was a HR Manager and Admin for Tamra Mining Company, LLC and he was a Human Resource Administrator for CS Minining LLC. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from Southern Utah University and a Master of Human Resource Management from Colorado State University-Global.

Justin is committed to nurturing future leaders and designing programs to build robust leadership capabilities within CBC.

Miki Adams – President of CBC Mortgage Agency
Miki Adams is the president of CBC Mortgage Agency (CBCMA), a nationally chartered housing finance agency and a leading source of down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers.

She joined the Cedar City, Utah-based company in November 2016 as executive vice president and was promoted to president in January 2021. She has 30 years’ mortgage lending experience and has managed companies through calm and tumultuous markets. Her background includes credit and collateral underwriting, secondary marketing and portfolio asset management, regulatory compliance, and regulatory audit and examination management.
